Questions
How does the free trial work?
Everything works. Your first 20 exported photos are free (JPEG or Lightroom XMP, each photo counts once), with no time limit. After that, exporting needs a license; editing and browsing keep working.
What do I get when I buy?
A license key by email, also shown right after checkout. Enter it in Goldfinch › Settings › License.
Can I use it on more than one Mac?
Yes, on 2 Macs at once. If you replace a Mac, deactivate the old one in Settings, or activate on the new one and choose which Mac it replaces.
Will the price change?
The launch price may go up as Goldfinch grows. What you paid covers you: updates stay free.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 30 days. See the refund policy.
Which cameras and Macs?
macOS 12 or later. Canon CR3 RAW files plus JPEG and PNG. Previews and exports use the JPEG embedded in each RAW file (full RAW decoding isn't there yet).
